MLK Scholarship Day: Dreaming in Action!

The purpose of this event is to support students in their scholarship/internship application essays at whatever stage they might be at.
We will have 3 rotation sessions:
*Internships
*Scholarships
*Personal Statements/Resumes

This is open to all Seattle MESA students. If you are already working on an essay, bring it we will have volunteers helping students. If you don’t yet have an internship or scholarship essay, we will help you find one, or if you are in 12th and 10th grade, you can work towards the Seattle MESA & WA MESA Scholarships.

When: Monday, January 21st (No classes at school, it is Martin Luther King Day)
Time: 10am – 1pm
Location: UW Fishery (1122 NE Boat St. Seattle, WA 98105)
Lunch & Snacks Provided

Bring: Any essays in progress, a thumb drive USB, notebook, and pencil/pen.
